Job Description:
A company is looking for an SRE Manager to lead a team of site
reliability engineers and ensure system reliability.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of site reliability engineers, promoting
continuous improvement
Oversee system reliability for the SaaS offering, ensuring high
availability and performance
Manage incident response efforts and report on system performance
and reliability metrics to senior leadership
Required Qualifications
Strong knowledge in multi-cloud infrastructure using SRE principles
and tools
Experience in defining and achieving SLOs and translating them into
business SLAs
Solution architecture experience for technical decision-making
Hands-on mentality to address technical or organizational issues as
they arise
Ability to translate strategic direction into tactical decisions
for team efficiency
