Key Responsibilities
Lead the ideation, design, and launch of new clinical products
based on market research and customer engagement
Serve as the voice of the customer, translating feedback into
actionable product strategies
Collaborate with teams to analyze market trends and drive a product
roadmap aligned with business objectives
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
8 - 12+ years of experience in Product Management and
Commercialization
Demonstrated success in launching innovative clinical, biotech, or
health tech products
Deep understanding of the genomics or diagnostics market
Experience with product-market fit methodologies and go-to-market
strategy development
Conceptual understanding of the scientific and technical
foundations of genomics
