Job Description:
A company is looking for a Community & Customer Success
Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Manage community engagement across various platforms, including
Discord and LinkedIn, while launching initiatives to enhance
researcher retention
Onboard new partners and researchers, providing platform
walkthroughs and managing vulnerability report triage
Track customer satisfaction metrics and advocate for customer needs
within the organization
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in community management, customer success,
or bug bounty program management
Experience moderating large technical communities and implementing
engagement strategies
2 years of knowledge in cybersecurity fundamentals and familiarity
with LLM safety concepts
Proficiency in community or customer success analytics tools
Ability to work across time zones and manage multiple priorities in
a fast-paced environment
