Job Description:
A-Line Staffing is now hiring a QC Associate I This is a
full-time, on-site role with first shift hours in a biotech

rate : $28/hr Schedule : 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM Benefits offered after
90 days of employment 401(k) with company match available after 1
year of service on our eligibility dates QC Associate I Highlights
Work in a fast-paced biotech lab environment Perform QC testing
using flow cytometry and tissue culture Contribute to product
quality, data accuracy, and lab safety Opportunity to work
independently and collaboratively on team projects QC Associate I
Responsibilities Perform routine, accurate, and timely QC testing
following SOPs and protocols Handle flow cytometry protocols and
maintain associated equipment Analyze and report test results;
complete required documentation and database entries Calibrate,
clean, and maintain lab instruments and equipment Prepare reagents
and lab supplies; assist with lab maintenance Promote and comply
with lab safety protocols; identify and report hazards Participate
in EHS programs and cross-functional teams or projects Receive and
apply training on relevant techniques, software, and procedures May
work with human blood, mammalian cells, and animal tissue samples
QC Associate I Requirements Education : BS/BA in a related
scientific field OR Some related college coursework plus 2 years
biotech lab experience Experience : Industrial or research lab
experience preferred Flow Cytometry required Tissue Culture highly
preferred Skills : Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
Understanding of general lab safety practices Strong attention to
detail, organizational, and analytical skills Excellent written and
verbal communication skills Ability to maintain accurate logs and
