Key Responsibilities
Oversee sales analytics, KPIs, and reporting systems to support
data-driven decision-making
Collaborate with stakeholders to standardize key data elements and
streamline data insights
Manage and mentor a team of sales operations professionals to
enhance productivity and accountability
Required Qualifications
8+ years of experience in Sales/GTM Operations, with at least 3
years in a leadership role
Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and driving
results
Strong proficiency with CRM platforms and BI tools
Ability to translate business goals into actionable sales
strategies
Experience in the technology or real estate industry is
preferred
