Job Description:
A company is looking for a Lead Content Management Systems
Business Analyst to join their Content Technology team.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the Subject Matter Expert on CMS/DXP project implementations
and provide guidance on solutions
Lead requirement elicitation meetings and analyze documentation
from clients and vendors
Create process/data flows, manage project backlog, and develop
business requirements and technical specifications
Required Qualifications
5+ years in a client-facing role
Experience with CMS, DXP, or CaaS solutions
Ability to drive solutions with clients and technical teams
Experience with data or content modeling
Proficiency in Jira and Confluence (or similar tools)
