Job Description:
A company is looking for a Project Manager, Site
Acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee site acquisition projects, including due diligence,
leasing, zoning, and regulatory filings for wireless facilities
Coordinate with the Site Acquisition team and ensure smooth
information flow among stakeholders
Manage scheduling and tracking of site visits and due diligence
activities to support project timelines
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree preferred, with 8-10 years of wireless site
acquisition experience
At least 2 years of project management experience in site
acquisition for designated clients
Proficiency in MS Excel and other project management tracking
tools
Experience in updating clients on project statuses through
reporting and calls
Must be located in Northern California, specifically in the San
Francisco Bay area, Sacramento, or Reno
