Job Description:
A company is looking for a Coding and CDI Denials Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
Review coding denials for accuracy and adherence to guidelines
Compose and submit appeal letters and identify coding trends for
educational opportunities
Communicate front-end activities influencing the denials/appeals
process and seek process improvement
Required Qualifications
3-5 years of acute hospital-based Coding and/or CDI experience
Experience with denials and appeals in an acute hospital
setting
Experience working in a remote environment
Relevant licenses or certifications (e.g., RHIA, RHIT, CCS, CCDS,
CDIP)
Preferred: RN with CDI experience
