• Lead a team of architects in completing technical documents for complex projects (healthcare, science and technology, higher education, commercial).
• Prepare, coordinate, and finalize construction document packages.
• Oversee daily construction administration activities, including coordination with contractors, owners, and consultants to ensure project progress.
• Mentor and supervise junior staff.
• Establish and implement project work plans and staffing requirements.
• Develop and maintain trusted relationships with clients.
• Participate in recruiting and performance management.
• Meet with owners and user groups to determine program and planning requirements.An ideal candidate has:
  • A bachelor's degree in Architecture or equivalent.
  • At least 10 years of professional experience.
  • Working knowledge of engineering systems and ability to collaborate in a multidisciplinary environment.
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively with clients and build trust.
  • Strong mentoring, communication, and organizational skills.
  • High proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • Experience leading architects and project teams.
  • Understanding of code implementation and jurisdiction review processes.
