enthusiastic and proactive Sales Administrator who will play a

Responsibilities: Professionally handle incoming calls and direct
them to the appropriate parties. Prepare necessary paperwork for
vehicle delivery, including titling and registration documentation
as required by state DMV regulations. Manage the title process and
update the title status in SalesForce. Process warranties as
needed. Obtain finance paperwork and complete RSA and ESC contracts
when applicable. Handle Accounts Receivable duties, including daily
deposits for sales, service, and rental departments, account
reconciliation, collection calls if necessary, and submission of
required paperwork to state and federal accounts for payment.
Fulfill Accounts Payable responsibilities in accordance with
corporate office requirements, such as monthly petty cash
reconciliation, credit card statements, gas log statements, expense
reports, and check requests. Maintain and update client accounts
with current information. Manage incoming mail distribution to the
appropriate departments at the store and corporate levels. Order
office supplies as needed. Oversee the vehicle rental department,
including scheduling rentals, providing training to rental clients
on adaptive equipment usage, preparing contracts, invoicing, and
filing related paperwork on a monthly basis. Coordinate vehicle
maintenance and schedule repairs as required for the Rental Fleet.
Create deal jackets for inventory and ensure the smooth flow of
deal jackets aligned with vehicle movement. Collect client payments
for service work. Requirements: Minimum of 2 years of
administrative assistant experience. Excellent customer service
skills. Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to
detail. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written,
in-person and over the phone. Ability to work independently in a
fast-paced environment. Experience in Accounts Payable and Accounts
Receivable. Professional familiarity with DMV/Titling processes is
preferred but not required. Valid driver's license. What We Offer:
