Experience).
Key Responsibilities
Lead design initiatives for internal-facing support tools,
enhancing agent experiences
Craft scalable experiences for various internal personas and
workflows
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and
validate design ideas
Required Qualifications
Experience in design leadership with a focus on user-centered
design
Strong portfolio demonstrating design thinking and execution
Ability to manage and mentor other designers
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma and Usertesting.com
Experience in enterprise UX and designing for complex systems
