Job Description:
A company is looking for a Guide-Specialist to provide
exceptional member experiences and support.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for members, providing
high-quality assistance and support through various communication
channels
Guide members through complex processes and collaborate on
personalized family support plans
Maintain accurate documentation of member interactions and
contribute to continuous improvement of support processes
Required Qualifications:
Fluency in English and Cantonese, with a preference for residents
in Taiwan
Experience in supporting parents, caregivers, or families, with a
preference for relevant certifications
Ability to creatively problem-solve and make decisions
autonomously
Eagerness to work collaboratively in a remote environment and
navigate various technologies
Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
