Job Description:
A company is looking for a Mortgage Closing Coordinator to
manage and review closing requests for compliance and
coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
Review and coordinate closing requests with all parties involved,
managing the closing calendar
Verify the accuracy and compliance of closing requests based on
regulatory and lender requirements
Act as a liaison between processors, loan officers, and third-party
originators to ensure timely communication of closing details
Required Qualifications:
Prior experience in a similar role, preferably with reverse
mortgage experience
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks
effectively
Proficiency in relevant software such as Encompass, Quantum
Reverse, and Excel
Ability to work 8 AM - 5 PM PST
Familiarity with state and federal regulations related to mortgage
closings
