Job Description:
A company is looking for a Claim Specialist IV (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Analyze claims to determine the need for additional
investigation
Communicate directly with third parties and customers during claims
investigation, negotiation, and resolution
Evaluate, approve, and pay claims up to pre-approved limits based
on serviced products
Required Qualifications
Associates Degree or equivalent work experience; Bachelor's degree
preferred
2+ years of customer service experience, including demonstrated
tele-service skills
2+ years of claims processing experience
Property claims experience preferred
Demonstrated mathematical aptitude and ability to interpret medical
and insurance documentation
