Key Responsibilities
Assign and coordinate work activities based on priority, team
availability, and personnel skills
Oversee team members to ensure effective and efficient performance
of assigned activities
Act as a point person for routine issues and assist in case
management under supervision
Required Qualifications and Education
High School diploma or GED required
Vocational or Technical Certification preferred; one-year
certificate from college or technical school
One year of experience in a call center environment required
3-6 months of related experience as a call center agent
required
Advanced computer skills required
