Job Description:
A company is looking for a YouTube Producer.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain production schedule for two videos a week, overseeing all
phases from scripting to delivery
Manage communication and workflow among writers, editors, video
crew, and hosts
Oversee the writing staff, including assigning scripts and managing
personnel, while also engaging with the audience through comments
and Discord
Required Qualifications
Experience covering the U.S. military or working within the defense
and industry beat
Strong familiarity with military operations, global defense, and
geopolitics
At least five years of professional experience in journalism and
video production, with managerial experience
Working knowledge of Adobe Suite, including Premiere, Photoshop,
and After Effects
Ability to manage multi-level stakeholders effectively
