Job Description:
A company is looking for a Property Claims Adjuster II to manage
property claims and support the claims team.
Key Responsibilities
Investigate and document property claims, including policy review
and negotiating settlements
Communicate claim updates and decisions to relevant parties
Support catastrophe response and assist less experienced staff as
needed
Required Qualifications
3+ years of property claims experience
Estimating skills
Adjuster licensed in home state or holds a non-resident license if
required
Strong organizational abilities
Experience in catastrophe-focused environments is preferred
