Job Description:
A company is looking for a Client Service Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary contact for HHH Billing and Revenue Recovery
clients, ensuring proactive communication and conducting regular
meetings
Facilitate onboarding of new clients and manage client satisfaction
surveys
Generate and analyze reports, monitor claim activity, and support
special projects as assigned
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or
bachelor's degree preferred
At least 3 years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle
management
Home Health or Hospice billing experience preferred but not
required
Strong foundational accounting skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Outlook, and
Word
