Key Responsibilities
Partner with the team for data entry, forecasting, and program
requirements
Ensure delivery and quality assurance in adherence to program
guidelines
Manage a team of 4+ individuals and oversee project and process
management
Required Qualifications
2-4 years of experience with client interaction
1-2 years of people management experience
Experience in data management for program and business support
Ability to work in a remote environment
Strong understanding of program guidelines and quality assurance
processes
