A company is looking for an Agency Onboarding Associate to
manage the onboarding process for new agency partners.
Key Responsibilities
Manage agency onboarding and training processes
Set and track mutual growth and quality goals with agency
partners
Engage consistently with agency partners through check-ins and
calls
Key Requirements
2+ years of Property & Casualty insurance carrier experience with a
sales background
A passion for supporting partner agencies
Strong organizational and negotiation skills
Insurance product knowledge and ability to quickly learn
Proficiency with Microsoft and Google products, along with CRM
experience
