Job Description:
A company is looking for a Service Executive I responsible for
managing client relationships and operational initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the servicing relationship for assigned clients and
coordinate all aspects of client servicing
Strengthen strategic client relationships and manage day-to-day
servicing requests
Consult with internal and external leadership to develop and
implement strategic plans and initiatives
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Three (3) years of experience in client relationship or servicing
within the financial services industry
Experience in driving strategic initiatives and customer
success
Project Management experience preferred
