Job Description:
A company is looking for a 2nd Shift Remote Work Cell Specialist
Service Support Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for selected Strategic
National Account customers, managing service request intake and
ensuring timely delivery of services
Resolve customer concerns and escalations through collaboration
across various domains and maintain strong customer
relationships
Lead invoice dispute resolution and quarterly business review
discussions while adhering to policies and standard operating
procedures
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 3 years of work experience, with at least 1 year in
customer service, sales, or order to cash functions
Demonstrated experience in successful customer escalation
management
Ability to work across organizational boundaries to drive alignment
and engagement
Strong organizational and time management skills
