Job Description:
A company is looking for a UI/UX Design Lead.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead client workshops to understand business objectives and user
needs
Drive the full design lifecycle, including research, wireframes,
and prototypes
Own and evolve the design system and conduct design QA during
implementation
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related
field (or equivalent experience)
Mastery of design tools, particularly Figma, and familiarity with
other prototyping tools
Deep understanding of accessibility best practices (WCAG 2.1 /
Section 508)
Experience collaborating with developers during the
design-to-development handoff
Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of design projects and
leadership
