Job Description:
A company is looking for a Part Time Student Loan Counselor.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to counsel clients on managing student loans
and maintaining current loan status
Communicate with borrowers regarding their responsibilities and the
consequences of default
Maintain accurate documentation of borrower accounts and update
loan statuses
Required Qualifications
High School diploma or GED
At least one year of office/business, clerical, or customer service
experience
Preferred: 1 year experience in a call center
Preferred: 1 year experience in the financial industry, including
student loans or collections
Preferred: Bilingual in Spanish and English
