BA/BS degree in Engineering or equivalent
10+ years of Food Manufacturing experience Experience working with
Refrigerated and/or Perishable foods. Knowledge of food safety,
quality, productivity, distribution, inventory, equipment, and
industrial safety Ability to lead and motivate individuals and
teams committed to continuous improvement Strong communications,
negotiation and interpersonal skills High degree of tenacity,
determination and persistence to ensure goals are achieved
Experience working in a similar
fast moving
perishable food environment Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
