Job Description:
Pikemann is searching for a System Administrator (Sage
100/300)
Location: San Diego, CAThe System Administrator is directly
responsible for all Quality function operations throughout the
manufacturing process.A Systems Administrator Level is the
helpdesk's initial point of contact. The Systems Administrator
handles sophisticated difficulties that are beyond the scope of a
Help Desk Technician.
4+ years of experience as a Managed Service Provider is
necessary.
Expertise with Sage Accounting (Sage 100/300) Software packages is
preferred.
Azure or AWS experience (Cloud)
O365 experience and license knowledge
Working knowledge of the Windows Server 2012 R2, 2016, and 2019
operating systems
Knowledge of Active Directory and Group Policy
Capability to record accurate time detailing/documentation into
ticketing systems (ZenDesk, Zoho, ConnectWise)
Wireless networks, routers, and firewalls
Resolve escalated tickets and, if required, escalate to a Level 3
Systems Engineer.
