The successful candidate will be collaborative, open, transparent, and team-oriented with a focus on team empowerment & shared responsibility, flexibility, continuous learning, and a culture of automation.What You'll get to Do:The candidate will serve as an Integration and Test Electrical Engineer for an assigned Program, requiring the candidate to function in a dynamic multi-disciplinary environment. Daily responsibilities will require direct contact with hardware and electrical subsystem equipment. Specific duties may include:Hands-on testing at a system levelDeveloping and maintaining procedures for the detailed electrical design, test and evaluation of CNI systems and sub-systems.Incorporating hardware design changesDocumenting & dispositioning hardwarediscrepancies, pursuing root cause & corrective actionsCoordinating integration activitiesQualifications:Basic QualificationsBachelor of Science (BS) degree in Electrical Engineering or qualifying discipline with a minimum of 9 years of experience; OR 7 years of experience with a Master of Science (MS) in Electrical Engineering or qualifying discipline.CLEARANCE: Candidate must be able to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Government DOD Secret Clearance.Preferred QualificationsExperience performing formal requirements decomposition and/or verificationElectrical, Mechanical, Aerospace or Systems Engineering backgroundExperience with communication systems waveformsExperience with external customer interfacing including meetings, presentations & negotiationsExperience working with operational hazards such as propulsive devices, pressurized systems, overhead lifting, and high voltage systemsKnowledge and experience with CAD softwareExperience working with design, integration, or testing of test fixtures and ITAsSalary Range: $125,800 USD $188,600 USDEmployees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
