We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior
Systems Engineer within our Advanced Programs group. Under general
supervision, this Systems Engineer will perform systems engineering
and technical management of development projects, including
conceptual through final design of new Unmanned Aerial Systems
(UAS). Focus of this role will be on implementing Model Based
Systems Engineering (MBSE) approaches to shape future aircraft
systems. In addition, this Systems Engineer may support technical
development of competitive proposals for existing and new DoD
customers so a current DoD clearance in hand is required.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES: Apply Model-Based Systems
Engineering (MBSE) techniques to capture structural, behavioral,
parametric and requirement aspects of the system.
Express system requirements through the use of use case diagram,
activity diagrams, sequence diagrams, state diagrams, block
definition diagrams and internal block diagrams and requirement
Leads requirements generation, tracking and verification
planning for future prominent USAF UAS.
Devises new approaches to resolve unusual or complex engineering
Troubleshoot conflicting design/development requirements,
difficult coordination requirements, and special material
Coordinates activities across Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) to
