Job Description:
A company is looking for a Software Product Engineer.
Key Responsibilities
Diagnose issues and provide technical support for Machinery Health
Management products
Conduct remote diagnostics and investigate product issues at client
sites
Develop Knowledge Base Articles and facilitate testing for New
Product Development
Required Qualifications
Experience with software installation and database migration
Knowledge of industrial network architecture and automation
communication protocols
Experience with network skills, database applications, and
web-based applications
Legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related
field is preferred
