Job Description:
A company is looking for a Specialist, HR Local Representative
(US).
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary contact for U.S. employees' HR inquiries and
manage onboarding and termination processes
Support employee benefits administration and collaborate with
payroll for accurate processing
Maintain HR systems, ensure compliance with labor laws, and prepare
HR-related documents
Required Qualifications
2-3 years of experience in U.S. human resources roles
Solid understanding of U.S. employment law and compliance
requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a
related field
Experience with HR software systems for data management and
benefits administration
Experience supporting payroll coordination or working closely with
payroll teams
