Key Responsibilities
Assist customers via phone, email, and live chat with product
selection and order inquiries
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and contribute
to enhancing the customer experience
Meet performance metrics and engage in professional growth
opportunities
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework is a
plus
Prior customer service experience preferred, but training is
available for the right candidate
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Comfort with technology, including experience with Google Workspace
and CRM systems
Typing speed of at least 40 WPM
