Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A high school
in Anaheim, CA, is seeking a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist
(SLP) for the 2025-2026 school year. This full-time role offers the
opportunity to support approximately 90-100 students across two
school sites, overseeing comprehensive case management and
delivering essential speech and language services. Key
responsibilities: Provide direct speech-language therapy to
students, focusing on individualized goals and developmental needs.
Manage caseloads efficiently, ensuring compliance with
Individualized Education Program (IEP) requirements. Oversee the
work of two Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) to ensure
effective service delivery. Conduct assessments, update IEPs, and
collaborate with educators and families to support student
progress. Serve as a liaison between school teams, families, and
external agencies as needed. Qualifications and experience: Valid
SLP certification/licensure with credentials suitable for school
settings. Experience working with diverse student populations in a
high school environment preferred. Strong knowledge of special
education laws, IEP processes, and speech-language pathology best
practices. Excellent communication and organizational skills to
manage multiple responsibilities. Ability to work collaboratively
with interdisciplinary teams. Location: Anaheim, CA This position
offers a structured schedule of 40 hours per week throughout the
academic year, providing consistent engagement and impactful
service to students. The role emphasizes administrative oversight
along with hands-on therapy, making it ideal for an experienced SLP
looking to balance caseload and leadership duties. Qualified
