Pay Information $3,115 per week About The Position Job Title: Hospice Registered Nurse • Days Location: San Diego, CA Contract Duration: 8 weeks Schedule: 40 hours/week, potential weekends On•Call: None Requirements: • Active CA RN License • BLS Certification • 2 years in•home health experience • Recent HCHB/OASIS experience, including Oasis E (post•Jan 2023) • Complete documentation same day Productivity: • 26•28 Homecare Homebase points/week • 20•25 cases/week, 5•7 points/day Orientation: 2•3 days Office Visit: Weekly in•person Mileage: $0.70/mile Scrub Color: Any PPE/Parking: TBD Responsibilities: • Deliver compassionate in•home hospice care • Document at patient's home • Collaborate with care team • Flexible to float as needed Additional Info: • Flexible scheduling required • Pre•approved time off must be made up • No overtime available Join us to make a meaningful impact in patients' lives.
