*Job Title:* Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)*Location:* Garden Grove, CA 92843*Department:* Psych Long-Term (66100)*Shift:* 08:00 AM 4:30 PM*Pay Range:* $63/hour*Employment Type:* Contract*Job Summary:*We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate *Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)* to join our Behavioral Health/Geriatric Psychiatry team in the Psych Long-Term Care department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in behavioral health and demonstrate a commitment to serving a diverse patient population with complex psychosocial needs.*Responsibilities:** Provide direct clinical social work services to patients and families in an inpatient behavioral health setting.* Conduct psychosocial assessments, develop care plans, and participate in interdisciplinary treatment planning.* Deliver counseling and crisis intervention services.* Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare team members to support patient care goals.* Assist with discharge planning, including community referrals and resource coordination.* Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements.*Required Qualifications:** Masters degree in Social Work (MSW) or Marriage and Family Therapy (MFT)* Active California state licensure as an LCSW or LMFT* Minimum of two (2) years of experience in inpatient or outpatient behavioral health settings* Proven ability to work effectively with diverse populations facing a variety of issues such as end-of-life care, substance use, homelessness, chronic illness, and more*Preferred Qualifications:** Current BLS certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)* State Board approval to provide clinical supervision to interns (if applicable)Job Type: ContractPay: Up to $63.00 per hourExpected hours: 40 per weekMedical Specialty:* Geriatrics* PsychiatrySchedule:* 8 hour shift* Day shiftApplication Question(s):* What is your preferred email ID?* When is the best time to reach you by phone?Education:* Master's (Required)Experience:* Social work: 2 years (Required)License/Certification:* BLS Certification (Required)* Licensed Clinical Social Worker (Required)Shift availability:* Day Shift (Preferred)Ability to Commute:* Garden Grove, CA (Required)Ability to Relocate:* Garden Grove, CA: Relocate before starting work (Required)Work Location: In personby Jobble
