Job Description:
Hospice Case Manager
A great Hospice Agency is in need of a Bilingual Spanish Case
Manager. This agency caters to the Hispanic and Latino community in
Greater Los Angeles area.
Qualifications:
* Current CA RN License
* Excellent communication skills
* Automobile insurance
* Bi-lingual in English and Spanish (Preferred)
* Minimum of 3 year nursing experience
* Travel required within LA and Orange Counties
*Spanish Speaking a plus!
