Job Description:
We have an immediate need for a qualified, (temporary project)
RN or LVN Abstractor - Case Manager responsible for medical records
abstraction in support of our annual quality measures reporting
process.
**Hourly rate will depend upon credentials.

Position Summary:
? Medical records abstraction
? Quality audits
? Accurate data entry
Minimum Qualifications:
? RN or LVN
? HIPAA knowledge
? Background in Group Practice Reporting Options; GPRO / HEDIS
? Experience abstracting clinical information from medical
records
? Clinical experience in senior health care setting
? Knowledgeable in ICD-9 and CPT coding
? Organizational skills and the ability to stay on task
? Computer literate ? MS Office Suite
? Point of Care (POC) experience a plus
? High school diploma or equivalent required
