Job Description:
Group practice where all of your hours are paid not just the
sessions completed. Ongoing training including DBT, ACT, Gottman,
CPT, PE, Grief and Loss, and CBT-I. Also, work-life balance with a
4-day work week. We are only open7a-5:30p Monday to Thursday so no
working late on the weekend or in the evenings. Comprehensive
benefits package including (medical, dental, and vision, - covered
at 75% and life insurance, 401k plan, and those all start day 1
following the first hire date. Sick, PTO and Holidays.
Responsibilities:
--- 3-5 minutes of note-taking
--- Follow mandated reporting requirements
--- Safety planning is required
--- Weekly consultation is provided
--- Trainings via Psychwire are provided.
Qualifications:
--- Full Independently Licensed Therapists in the state of
California
--- Knowledge of the use of Electronic Health Records
--- Documentation 3-5 minutes
