Cardiovascular Interventional Technologist - (Cardio - CI Tech - CVIT)
StartDate: 06/20/2022Available Shifts: 12 D Pay Rate: $1800.00 - 2200.00

: The Imaging Specialist is responsible for overseeing all aspects of radiation/fluoro safety and equipment in the cath lab and assisting the cardiologist with all aspects of imaging during procedures. This role requires becoming proficient as a scrub tech and observing/maintaining strict sterile technique, as well as performing in the roles of monitor and circulator.

Required Qualifications
CA-License required-5 to 6 weeks on hand
Current California License in Radiologic Technology (CRT) . Current California Fluoroscopy permit. Current BLS certification for Healthcare Providers. IV Certification. Knowledge/experience with overseeing all aspects of radiation safety and equipment. Knowledge of Microsoft office computer programs. Good communication skills Preferred Three or more years of experience as an Imaging Specialist in interventional radiology or cardiac cath lab. ACLS. Bilingual (English/Spanish). Graduate from an accredited school of Radiology Technology.
