The Educator will work with many staff members throughout the facility. This person will participate and collaborate with managers and directors in various departments to ensure staff is educated and performing clinical duties properly. The Hospital Educator will also communicate with nurses daily and new nurses during orientations. -In this engaged role, the Hospital RN Surgical Services Educator will play a vital role in overseeing nursing staff and administration throughout the hospital and provide coaching, mentoring, and counseling to nurses as needed. The RN Educator will have the opportunity to assess nursing practice in the surgical unit and analyze its impact on patient outcomes.
