A conveniently located community hospital in Southern California is actively seeking an Assistant Nurse Manager to lead their Critical Care Unit during the night shift. The -CCU -Assistant Nurse Manager will enjoy the work / life balance that comes with working three, 12 hour shifts while still being in a formal leadership position. This important -ICU -Assistant Nurse Manager position is a salaried position and leads an experienced team of -CCRN -prepared Staff Nurses and Charge -RNs. The Critical Care Assistant Nurse Manager will work collaboratively with the day shift -ICU -Nurse Manager and one additional Night Shift -ICU -Nurse Supervisor. Consistent communication will ensure smooth transitions from day shift to night shift staff, appropriate patient care is communicated and that quality initiatives are continued around the clock. -The Critical Care Assistant Nurse Manager will work in a high acuity 12 bed Intensive Care Unit. This -ICU -maintains a staffing ratio of 1:1 or 1:2. The acute care medical center is part of a regional healthcare system that is highly renowned.
