California Registered Associate Therapist AMFT, APCC, or ASW

We are hiring a registered associate therapist in San Diego to work with children, teens, and adults in an outpatient counseling setting. Our ideal associate must have 2+ years of experience working with youth. We are a group outpatient private practice and "full service". We provide all patient--referrals, intake staff, billing, and marketing. Our associates provide the care under the support of an on-site clinical supervisor who also does supervision. Our team works with great--patients--and enjoys supporting our communities.

We are looking for early-career clinicians who are confident in diagnosing, creating treatment, and providing outpatient care with the support of a clinical supervisor onsite. We provide offices spaces, supplies, a library of resources, and onsite--clinical--support by managers and--clinical supervisors in all locations. This position requires availability in the evenings and weekends. We are growth-orientated and help you set career goals--annually.--As part of employment, we provide clinical supervision within the requirements of the BBS of CA to ensure the ability to count all your experience toward licensure. Responsibilities:
--- Provide psychotherapeutic outpatient care for children, teens, and adults
--- Family Therapy
--- Couples Counseling
--- Assess and diagnose independently
--- Complete documentation as required
--- Consult as needed
--- Attend weekly supervision with the onsite supervisor
--- Provide individuals, families, and couples care
--- Create treatment plans
--- Knowledge of evidence-based care as foundational
--- Choose interventions throughout the care
--- Support your fellow team members
--- Positive and supportive attitude
--- Highest ethical and legal standards expected
--- Consistent availability for client care
--- Suicide assessment skills
--- Risk assessments
--- Work onsite with both in-person and Telehealth patients
--- Treatment planning

--- Maintain own liability insurance

--- Max caseload of 29 clients per week

Qualifications:
--- Counseling youth and loving this work: 2 years (required)
