About the JobAs a Senior Helpers Caregiver, you will help local Seniors with their daily activities such as:

• Meal preparation and planning
• Transportation for errands and appointments
• Light housekeeping and laundry
• Medication reminders
• Assistance with bathing, dressing and grooming
• Participation in daily enrichment activities The clients we serve live in La Mesa, Del Cerro (SDSU Area), San Carlos, Santee, El Cajon, Mira Mesa, Rancho Bernardo and Poway. Applicants not comfortable traveling to these areas need not apply. Our Ideal CandidateWe are searching for Caregivers with strong communication skills and a heart to help our Seniors. Candidates must be comfortable providing non-medical, hands-on care. Candidates must have a car for transportation. As part of our Caregiver Mentor Program, we will create an individualized training plan for each Caregiver. Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • MUST be able to pass a Dept of Justice fingerprint background check
  • Licensed driver with insured and reliable automobile. Must be able to drive to client's residences.
  • COVID Vaccinated Salary and Benefits
    • $17.00-19.00 / hour based on prior experience
    • Flexible Hours – Day, Night, and Weekend shifts available
