• And much much more!Treatment Nurse/Wound Care Nurse Position Summary:The Licensed Nurse provides wound care to designated residents under the supervision of the program manager. In addition, this nurse performs a variety of direct resident care as assigned by the Sub-Acute Program Manager.Education/Certification:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to fulfill each essential duty with a strong degree of professionalism. This position requires a detail-oriented professional with excellent communication skills. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required.
  • Minimum of H.S. degree or equivalent
  • Long-Term care experience preferably in a sub-acute setting
  • Must be currently licensed as a Licensed Vocational Nurse or Registered Nurse by the State of California
  • Prefer at least (6) six months of experience in managing complex wound care
  • Prefer IV certification
  • Must be certified in CPR
