A company is looking for a Strategic Implementation and Process
Optimization Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and lead cross-functional project teams, managing multiple
projects and programs simultaneously
Create and execute comprehensive implementation plans, ensuring
effective launch and post-launch control of solutions
Identify operational business requirements and collaborate with
product and engineering teams to prioritize needs
Required Qualifications
Master's or bachelor's degree in engineering, science, or
operations
8+ years of experience in project/program management or related
fields
Expertise in process mapping and continuous process improvement
Certification in project management or Lean/Six Sigma is a plus
Proven organizational and leadership skills to motivate and
influence teams
