Job Description:
A company is looking for an Assistant QA Manager to support
their Engineering team.
Key Responsibilities
Support the QA Manager in leading, mentoring, and managing a team
of 4-5 QA engineers
Assist in defining and implementing robust QA processes, test
strategies, and automation frameworks
Collaborate with engineering, product management, and customer
support teams to ensure seamless product delivery and high-quality
releases
Required Qualifications
Hands-on experience in Katalon Studio is a must
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related
field
4+ years of experience in software quality assurance, including 1+
years in a leadership or assistant managerial role
Experience working with SaaS products and understanding their
unique challenges
Strong knowledge of manual and automated testing methodologies
