Job Description:
A company is looking for a Project Management Analyst to oversee
interface implementations and ensure exceptional customer service
during software deployments.
Key Responsibilities
Manage all aspects of interface implementations from inception to
closure while maintaining project timelines
Coordinate issue resolution and serve as a liaison between
departments during system-wide implementations
Facilitate client/vendor meetings to identify and resolve issues
related to the interface implementation process
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum of 6+ years in software implementation and/or support
service experience
3+ years of HL7 interface implementation experience
Knowledge of healthcare-based applications
Ability to work flexibly and collaboratively in a problem-solving
environment
