Job Description Job Description Construction Project Manager - K-12 Projects Project Manager Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee and coordinate construction projects, focusing on HVAC systems within K-12 educational facilities. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities Plan, execute, and close construction projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. Coordinate and manage construction teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project milestones are achieved. Oversee the design, implementation, and testing of HVAC systems in K-12 facilities. Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including school districts, contractors, and team members, to ensure project alignment and success. Prepare and maintain project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and reports. Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure successful completion. Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the construction industry. K-12 School project experience. Knowledge of HVAC systems. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus. Benefits Salary Based on Experience: $120,000 - $150,000 10 vacation days to start and ultimately going to 12 days per year 5 sick days 7 holidays 100% paid medical insurance for individual and 50% for family (PPO, HMO and high deductible plans available) 401K with seven-year vesting plan. We have 23% based on profitability and have paid the full 5% since 2012, year after year. Company cell phone (or small bonus of $500 if they prefer to use their personal cell for business) Company computer Mileage if asked to drive to second location in the same day - For this position, you must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa.
