Job Description Job Description CATIA Programmer Location: Long Beach, CA 1st shift 6AM to 3PM Monday to Friday $50.00 to $60.00 (depending on experience) We are seeking an experienced CATIA Programmer to support 3 and 5 axis CNC machining in an aerospace manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for CNC programming, fixture design, and process optimization while working closely with Manufacturing and Quality teams. Key Responsibilities • Program 3 and 5 axis CNC equipment using CATIA V5 • Select cutting tools, speeds, and feeds for efficient machining • Design fixtures and work holding to support CNC programs • Create setup sheets and instructions for machinists • Optimize and maintain CNC programs and production setups • Troubleshoot programming and machining issues • Establish and improve machining processes and procedures • Collaborate with Engineers, Machinists, and Quality teams • Follow all safety rules and regulations • Support flexible work schedules as needed Requirements • High School diploma or GED required • Minimum 5 years CATIA V5 programming experience • Minimum 2 years aerospace or aerostructures experience • Strong ability to read drawings, GD&T, and specifications • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint • Strong communication skills in English • Organized, detail oriented, and improvement focused PandoLogic.
