Position Description: The Social Media + Partnerships Coordinator
is an entry-level marketing role that will assist with managing
GoMacro's Brand Ambassador Program and any photo/video production
needs for various social media channels, with an emphasis on
Instagram Reels and TikTok video production. Primary
Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound ambassador applications and ensure a timely
response to all applicants
- Ensure all brand ambassador troubleshooting needs are met,
including serving as the first point of contact for any ambassador
questions, ensuring all codes are live, and problem solving any new
technical web issues to our web team
- Own, audit, and build upon current brand ambassador program to
ensure a best-in-class program for our growing community
- Maintain effective and efficient community engagement across
all social media channels
- Nurture and maintain long-term brand partner relationships by
providing in-kind donations to events and organizations
- Ensure all appropriate partners are considered for ongoing
campaigns and partnership opportunities
- Assist in third-party produced photo and video shoots each
month, executed by a network of sponsored content creators.
Producing responsibilities include but are not limited to: creative
direction, product procurement, set design, wardrobe styling,
caption copywriting, etc.
- Execute contracts with content creator and influencer partners
while ensuring all licensing rights are being followed
- Organize the Marketing team's content assets to keep relevant
media up-to-date and easily accessible for company-wide needs
- Serve as a liason for the distribution of content to both
internal and external partners
- Serve as the marketing team's representative for company-wide
file storage updates to ensure all team members are familar with
and aware of all media resources
- Create photography and video content as needed to support ad
hoc marketing initiatives
- Assist in ideation for social media content to achieve KPIs and
support overall marketing strategy Skills Required:
- Must be a self-starter and have initiative
- Must have excellent organizational skills and attention to
detail
- Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively
- Strong communication skills; speaking, presenting, writing, and
editing
- Problem solving skills and desire to bring solutions to
challenging business problems
- Ability to handle the pressures of a rapidly growing, and
ever-changing work environment
- Experience delivering high-quality work on tight timeline
Position-Specific Skills Required:
- 1-2 years of experience in a social media, influencer, and/or
brand ambassador management role
- Must have a passion for social media and be able to present new
opportunities to evolve our ongoing strategy
- Ability to capture and edit video for Reels/TikTok and produce
assets individually, on a deadline
- Comfortable being on-camera and executing brand-appropriate
TikTok trends
- Ability to manage new and long-term influencer and creator
relationships on behalf of the brand
- Ability to manage a high volume of emails and juggle multiple
projects
- Microsoft Suite proficient
- Adobe Suite knowledge preferred
- Experience with GRIN preferred
- Prior Food and Beverage industry a bonus, but not required
Education/Training Required:
- Bachelor's degree, Marketing or Communications preferred Travel
