Job Description:

We are seeking a Senior Account Executive that canassist the team with press releases and pitch writing, media outreach, clientmanagement, scheduling, and developing internal and external communicationsprocesses for multiple clients in the alternative wellness sector.This role is 100% remote, with preference to candidatesworking east coast hours PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supportstrategy sessions and assist with PR architecture development
• Supportour writing workshop team to develop fresh press releases, pitches, andeditorial content for clients' programs
• Workwith senior staff to gain an understanding of account financials and staffutilization
• Serveas a point of contact across appointed accounts
• Takean active role in client update calls and meeting notes
• Workwith teams to ensure maintenance of internal and client-facing reporting
• Participatein media strategy development across accounts
• Identifyopportunities for proactive and reactive pitching
• Strengthenrelationships with existing contacts and build connections with new reportersacross top-tier print, online and broadcast outlets
• Mastermedia outreach among trades and regional print, broadcast and online outlets
• Writenewsworthy email and phone pitches
  QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor'sdegree in Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism or related area
  • 4-6years of direct public relations experience or related areas
  • Experiencepitching national and international media
  • Strongwriting, editing and communication skills
  • Proficiencyin Google Drive and Google Applications
    • Proficiencyin PR software such as Meltwater or MuckRack (preferred)
